Die Finanzindustrie befindet sich im Umbruch: FinTechs und AI transformieren die Bankberatung und locken vor allem junge Anleger, die zunehmend ihre Finanzen selbst in die Hand nehmen. Doch welchen Einfluss hat die Informationsquelle – Mensch oder AI – auf das Vertrauen von Privatanlegern? Unser Laborexperiment untersucht dies in simulierten Beratungssituationen und liefert neue Erkenntnisse für Theorie und Praxis.

Kurzbeschreibung: In der digitalen Welt stehen Entscheidungsträger oft vor einer Flut an Informationen, die zu einem Information Overload führen und die Decision Making Performance negativ beeinflussen können. Künstliche Intelligenz bietet Lösungen, indem sie Daten filtert, analysiert und übersichtlich darstellt. Diese Arbeit untersucht, wie KI-Systeme helfen können, Information Overload bei strategischen Entscheidungen effektiv zu reduzieren.
