The corona pandemic has had a major impact on the work world. Thus, transformation pressure on companies was intensified. The transformation drivers penetrated deeper into the value creation processes of industrial and service sectors. SMEs cannot return to their familiar ways of working and business models even when the pandemic subsides.
The project SME Transferform the Institute for Management and Leadership SME aims to support SMEs on their way out of the corona pandemic and contribute to securing their future. The small and medium-sized enterprises are located in the Rhine-Maine region.
You can find information on the current continuing education opportunities on the TransferformKMU project page.
