The Laboratory for Assembly and Connection Technology provides training to students in our technical degree programmes, with a focus on applications in microelectronics and microsystems technology. In addition, research and development projects with external partners are conducted in the lab as part of student research projects, Bachelor's and Master's theses or as a service. The equipment used adheres to industry standards.
